What is the Trivium?

The Trivium and classical education is not a curriculum but and approach to education and learning.  The goals are to take advantage of what children do best at each stage of their development. The Trivium consists of three states of learning that fit a child’s God-given abilities. The stages are Grammar, Logic and Rhetoric.
