
Admissions Process
1. Apply
Please complete the Application Form and Statement of Faith and return them to the Admissions Office with a copy of the student’s current and last year’s report card, copy of birth certificate (Pre-K through 1st grade), and $100.00 Application Fee per child/$200 for international applicants.
2. Test
Once the application has been received, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule Diagnostic Testing for each applicant.
3. Interview
Once the Diagnostic Testing has been completed and scored, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule an interview with both parents (when applicable) and the student. Feel free to call after a few days, if you have not been contacted promptly.
4. Notification
The Admission Committee will meet and notify you of their decision in writing within one week of the Diagnostic Test and reception of the required forms. Accepted families will be issued a Contract of Enrollment with instructions on enrolling.
5. Enroll
If accepted, students will be enrolled after the parent signs and returns the Contract of Enrollment, the Emergency Medical Information & Authorization forms, along with immunization records, and required Registration and Tuition Fees.
6. Financial Aid
The determination of need is established by using an online service provided by the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). The online application form is called the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS). Go to www.nais.org to fill our a Personal Financial Statement, using our school code 4843. The cost for the SSS application is $35. (The SSS application will not be processed without payment.) The Personal Financial Statement is reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee to determine amounts awarded. A completed Enrollment Application along with the SSS form must be completed by March 1st in order to be considered for financial aid. Only completed applications received by this deadline will be considered for tuition assistance.
