Q. How old does my child need to be to enter Pre-K or Kindergarten?
A. Children need to turn four [4] years old by September 1 st for entry into Pre-K, and five [5] years old by September 1st for entry into Kindergarten.
Q. If my child has a learning disability like ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, or something comparable, may he/she apply at Brazos Christian?
A. Yes and No. Yes, if a student has a mild learning disability, AND can work at grade level in a traditional classroom setting. He/she must also comply with all regular behavioral and academic standards. In this case, Brazos Christian will consider the student, if the student passes all the entrance requirements. No, if a student has needs that require remediation, and/or special resources, because Brazos Christian is not equipped to accommodate such needs.
