2013-2014 Tuition Fees & Schedule 

TUITION

Tuition includes books, supplies, educational field trips, and class activities. End of the year class trips, school uniforms, extended day care, and lunches are not covered through Tuition.

Payment Plan

Tuition is paid in 12 monthly payments beginning June and ending May. Payments received after the 10th of the month are assessed a $50 late fee. Tuition may be paid in full at the time of enrollment or at any time during the payment period as long as the account is kept current with the payment schedule as outlined above. After the school year begins, Tuition will be pro-rated for the remainder of the year with payments scheduled to be completed by May. International students must pay their tuition in full before they begin classes.

Sibling Discounts

There are no sibling discounts offered.

Application Fee

The Application Fee is $100 per student and is due with the application. It is non-refundable and non-transferable.  For International students the Application Fee is $200 per student.

Registration Fee

The Registration Fee is due at the time of initial registration or re-enrollment and is non-refundable and non-transferable. $200 per student, $400 maximum per family. For International students the Registration Fee is $400 per student.

Financial Assistance

The determination of need is established by using an online service provided by The School and Student Services (SSS By NAIS). Go to sss.nais.org to fill out an online application form called the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS), using our school code 4843. The cost for the SSS application is $39. (The SSS application will not be processed without payment.) This information will then be reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee.

The deadline for requesting financial aid assistance is April 1.
